Share Buyback Program

The board of directors of Embracer Group has resolved to repurchase class B shares of up to SEK 750 million under the authorization granted by the 2025 AGM. The program commenced on 20 May 2026 and will continue until no later than 31 March 2027, with ongoing updates provided.
